You can get a payment plan. I am not sure how it works but I saw something on their website about it. I happened upon it when I was researching Dr. Shirley after finding out their practice is the only one in network on our insurance. I love Dr. Lestage's work. Check out the agape clinic in Deridder. I think Thursdays or Wednesday's they are open for uninsured and its income based. Must be working 20 hrs a week though. Dr. Lestage does payments too I think. They let me pay out what insurance doesn't cover.
