i think you need to be "right" in town to survive. The space next to Tom Quick that used to be The Flying Pig Tearoom is still available, and the space between Silver Star jewelry and the Golden Fish which sits back abit is for rent and so is the building behind/next to Naked Bagel that was the church (nice big open space). good luck and try to get in for summer

That building was built in 1973. It opened in May of 1974 as Louden Hill Farms dairy store. Rich Stone was the first manager-He is married to Sue Stone the librarian in Montrose. I was the second manager in 1977 coming from the Susquehanna store.Marni's was the ice cream /restaurant part. I met and married the manager,Peg Stetner, in 1979.How it became Family Farms and the Borough Hall are other stories.
