I'll second Jameel de Stefano. I've not used him but I know several women who do who are very stylish and have great hair! I go to Neo Centrix (great stylists and more in my price range) . I've also done the First Choice route - Zoran does not know how to cut women's hair. My cut is simple layers. He couldn't get that right. He's better with men's hair (though my husband refuses to use him). Definitely not where to go is style is your top priority.
