I moved to Milwaukee from out of state and was searching for an orthodontist for the longest time. Take advantage of my trial and error! The best that I've found in the area is [Bell Orthodontics](http://www.bellortho.com/). Their prices are extremely competitive and Dr. Bell is a kind and gentle man. Give them a call! Also... good on you for helping out your sibling.

You can try Marquette Dental School. It is a long wait but everything is greatly discounted. I THINK (do not remember exactly) the entire amount for a full set of braces and over 1 year of appts was about $1,500, which was much less than most others.
