I have one called tendon rescue by peaceful mountain. (Just dont remember where i got it) and ginger works as a great anti inflamitory aid. Check out ginger in the form of pills, teas, candied, or cook with it. Hope you feel better!

Yikes Katie! See a Doc right away please. Also, get that blood flowing in your lower extremeties. Watch for any signs of clotting!! Not kidding.

I really think a cold laser would also help, if you know anyone who has a 660 frequency or close. I would definitely get some sort of visual on what's going on inside the tissue. You could try Ace Acupuncture as well, he's an older acupuncturist from China, and is fairly medical in the way he approaches things. He has done a lot of work with famous athletes.
