I've got the exact same thing going on with mine and the technician that I called said the fan motor in the freezer died. So he ordered me a new one. Just waiting on it now. His name is Steve and he is so awesome. His company is called All Star Appliance and he's in mission but works a lot in maple ridge. His number is 604-855-8560. He's awesome!
