I wouldn't say cheap, but Hannah at Tammy nails in Modesto does the best job. She's the only one who does solar nails. She's amazing...call her:-) as for hair, Kaylee Yost is fantastic and really good prices. She works at 2 dyefor salon.

Sandra Garvin, Kim that owns Nail Tech and Nail Spa sold Nail Spa last year and when I went in last time the guy just globbed the acrylic on, worst nails I have ever had and he cut me with the file. I should have gone back too but I didn't want to sit there for another hour having someone fix it. And the pedicure was pathetic!
