She's very knowledgeable about the market, she's good at spotting faults and potential issues in properties, scheduling walk-throughs and appointments with her was easy, etc. She is easy to contact, as well; usually we would hear back within an hour of emailing her. Can't recommend Beth enough.

While I'm sure he'd be great with new builds, one of the reasons we went with Ben is because he has experience renovating/maintaining homes, which was another layer of expertise that I thought was very helpful when house hunting. He was realistic about the current state of the houses we viewed and the feasibility of repairs and remodels. Very responsive and straightforward.
