Realtor recommendations? Wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a realtor they’ve worked with and enjoyed. Or anyone they would not recommend. Looking around...

We worked with Paul Havilland of Stark realtors when we bought our first house. He worked incredibly hard for us. When the sale was delayed due to some appraisal issues, he was calling us on his wedding day to make sure we were kept in the loop on everything.

Bought my first home with help of Angel. https://www.closerealty.com/mobile/default.aspx?agentid=8356&css=1 I was a poor millennial and used an FHA loan. She was quick, responsive and helpful. This was in 2011 (glut of housing meltdown) - easier to negotiate. I know things are much different now.

I can't recommend [Nicole Bunbury Sjowall](https://www.bunburyrealtors.com/vp/AgentServlet?SITE=BUNBURY&ScreenID=AGENT_DETAIL_P&cd_Agent=15500) enough. She did a great job helping us sell our house and helping us when we were trying to find a place in a very specific part of Middleton.

Dan Breunig helped us buy our first home in 2017. He went above and beyond even after closing, helped us move for no reason other that being a super nice person. He put in a smart clause in our offer that helped us win against an equal offer. Can't recommend him enough. http://www.lakeandcityhomes.com/agents/dan-breunig/

Susan Stoehr at Alvarado Group is amazing. We are seasoned property owners and have worked with several Realtors. I've never come across another that gave us the level of service that Susan did. Highly recommend! https://www.thealvaradogroup.com/realestate/agent/susan-stoehr/

Beth Junge at [the Kruse Company](http://www.thekrusecompany.net/). We just bought a house with her, and we are really happy with the work she did. She's very knowledgeable about the market, she's good at spotting faults and potential issues in properties, scheduling walk-throughs and appointments with her was easy, etc. She is easy to contact, as well; usually we would hear back within an hour of emailing her. Can't recommend Beth enough.

We bought a house in 2015 with [Ben Anton](http://benanton.com/) and would recommend working with him. While I'm sure he'd be great with new builds, one of the reasons we went with Ben is because he has experience renovating/maintaining homes, which was another layer of expertise that I thought was very helpful when house hunting. He was realistic about the current state of the houses we viewed and the feasibility of repairs and remodels. Very responsive and straightforward.

[Shelley Lazzareschi](https://www.madcitydreamhomes.com/agents/shelley-lazzareschi/) with Mad City Dream Homes was a jewel. Excellent realtor that knows the market.
