Ahrens Valley eyeworks is great. I personally have gone to Freddys and Sears and not too friendly. They just wanna sell you glasses. Richard takes the time to help you find what you like and will tell you if something is not a good fit or look.

Love Dr. Sessions
Debbie R. replied:
Dr Leavitt is an MD that used to come to Monroe Vision Clinic...I don't know if he still does. I used to work for him and highly recommend him.
Karyn L. replied:
It would be better to see an opthalmologist who is an MD. An optometrist is not. All opthalmologists accept insurance give you a prescription that you can take anywhere. The also are trained in diseases of the eye. An optometrist only does refractions. There may be an opthalmologist in the Sky River Medical building or the Everett Eye Clinic has several good doctors.

I've liked Dr Sessions at Monroe Vision Clinic. And the cheapest glasses are from Costco. I pay in full, send my instance receipt and am reimbursed. Cheapest glasses ever and I've always found some I like there.

Monroe Vision is great but they don't take my insurance anymore. Boo! So I'm back to Dr.Potampa in Totem Lake who is great, but the distance is a bummer. Ahrens, as mentioned, on Main Street, did a fabulous job fitting me for glasses, but he is NOT a doctor, so I would not use him for my exam.
Lacey H. replied:
Go get an eye exam at Monroe vision by the hospital. Then use you prescription and order glasses online from zennioptical.com my husband got amazing glasses with the correct prescription (and his is basically blind!!!) For less than 20 including shipping. It is a great company that does not want to overcharge for an inexpensive product to make, AND they use high quality materials. Check it out!
