If you can provide more info you may be able to get the help you need here. Over condensating isn't really a thing. You should never have so much flow from your drip pan that it fills. Either your coil is frozen (a whole separate problem) and not hitting the target, or your drain is clogged. But that's just my guess from the sparse details provided. Edit: also check /r/hvac
