Take her to the hospital emergency room. Seven days is too long to suffer with a severe headache. If insurance coverage is why she hasn't gone to the ER before this, tell her to ask for "Charity Care" paperwork when she tells them she has no insurance. She needs to fill out the forms and send it back in as soon as possible. Her ER visit and follow up treatment should be free.
