I get it at a chinese grocery store nearby (asian store) they carry a lot of different types of rice. It says glutinous rice or sweet rice. http://www.usarice.com/doclib/124/4702.pdf for some distributors in the USA. I paid about $5.99 for a 5 or lb bag.

I use Zenni Optical. Sooooo cheap. I spent 100$ and got 5 pairs. The ones I ended up loving the most were 6.99$ plus 5$ for the anti glare and I've been wearing them for 3 years. If your prescription is under a -4 you can go with the free included lenses, if higher it's between 10$ and 40$ for the lenses, depending on which option you choose. I just took the free ones.
