Oh and get a nightguard.... now !!!! See your dentist, have him refer you to a TMJ specialist (there is one on brunswick at Moe's if still there), from there get to the TMJ clinic at McGill who will fit you with a nightguard.

I have been a patient of Dr Vieira for some time, she is very knowledgeable and no nonsense. Gives very good advice. Never had an EMG... I have heard that they are uncomfortable, but no big deal in the grand scheme of things, good luck!

I had both procedures done by Dr. Vieira. EMG is not at all painful and feels 'kinda funny' is a better way to describe the NCS. No worries..piece of cake.
