I do the same thing and tried everything including acupuncture and cupping. It did help for a little while but I actually went back to chiropractor. Dr. Darrin at San Juan Chiropractic uses more of a vibrator and what he xalls his jack hammer and gently adjusts you. That has helped my neck and shoulders more than anything else.

Rachael Paradis. I have had 2 neck surgeries and a major back surgery. She is the only one I recommend to work on you. I like a deep tissue and reflexology she works me over good. But she is the best in town

Dr Sean May is amazing. He is a chiropractor. Sometimes a person has ribs out which can cause them to cough more (I know from me personally) or even just coughing can cause your ribs to go out. He can adjust your whole body, including ribs to help you relax more. He uses a drop table so he can adjust your neck with out twisting it. He also does trigger point therapy to work out your muscles and can also use electric muscle stem or ultra sound to help your muscles relax more. He is running a special through Nov for 25 for first visit (it includes everything, no surprises). He has been a chiropractor since 2001. He just moved from CA and opened his business in Montrose. His hours are Tue-Fri 11-5 and Sat 10-1. His number is 970-417-0289.

Kyle, if you need help this weekend, call the Center for Mental Health's crisis hotline at 252-6220. The office will be open again on Monday morning - - you can bring your insurance card or last 2 paystubs and walk in, have a screening and get scheduled for your appointments. I hope that helps.
