Amanda Stowe, We cleaned out all of the screens and hoses (YUCK), but still get the error message. At least now I won't be embarrased when the repair man comes by. Garry E. Yuen and John Brooks, I called Race City and they do not service my dishwasher, but they recommended Accurate Apppliance and they are coming out tomorrow. The saga continues!

look on line for the error code & see if it can be easily fixed at home. Race City is a great place to check with if you (Jeff) can't fix it.

Colleen Lloyd-Roberts if you know someone handy.. here are a couple of things... 1. If it runs but does not heat, it usually is the "Magnetron" needs to be replaced... you can do it yourself for about 75.00 Go to YouTube and search the model # to see if any install video is available... If you have no power at all, it probably is power transformer has failed and needs to be replaced. Just saying it is possible to fix yourself with youtube.com Good Luck.
