John Wilson at great smokies medical, James Biddle at asheville integrative medicine, three docs ( can't remember all of their names) at Integrative Family Medicine, Mark Hoch at Family to Family, Nik Hedburg. Those are the first ones I think of. All have slightly different approaches and systems.
