Adjustments are really important. My chiro is on 95 Madison ave in morristown. Takes you on lunch break gets you in and out. He explains how pregnancy can throw off your pelvic alignment causing sciatic pains etc. I'm not an expert but I wish I knew more about the ins and outs. Went all during my pregnancy w Paige. Drastically improved my pain and I never got sick either. Dr. Stinner is his name
