Dr. Rosa is amazing! She takes all insurances or cash. The first visit has an initial $20 payment. If you are insurance we file all adjustments and therapies if they are needed. If you are a cash patient it is a flat fee of $42 along with any therapies. To set up and appointment her office is Bradford Square Chiropractic and Massage and the number is 424-3611
