I moved here two years ago and I finally found my guy - Bobby at Vain in Campbell. Getting a gynecologist here was ridiculous - I'm with PAMF and it took me like 4 months to get an appointment for a physical AND I hardly ever get to see my Gynecologist, usually the NP. Huge difference in where I'm from versus here

If you're in the part of Sunnyvale that is near Cupertino, I'd suggest Dr. Gong http://beckygong.com/ as a dentist. I have yet to find a good hair salon that isn't outrageously expensive, and I haven't been to an ob/gyn in many years (yes, yes, I know I should go to one)

If you're near El Camino on the west end of Sunnyvale, my recommendation for dentist is Mary Yu at MY Dental clinic. She is very gentle and puts patients at ease, and it's a small practice so the staff is really helpful with billing and scheduling. Also, I suggest you register for Nextdoor.com. It's like an online community message board for neighbours. There are lots of recommendations and local issues/events posted.
