Karen I am selling up here in Charlotte now however here are the names of some Realtors who I am friends with that my be able to make a recommendation: Leland Patterson Hood, Sandra Bundy ( Socastee ), Michael Walsh ( Winyah ), Nancy Stevens Siau ( Winyah ), Glenda Strickland ( Very experienced), Susan Parker (Winyah), Lee Hewitt ( Garden City Realty and past Association President). All are in my friends list and are actively selling at the beach where you are at. Good luck. By the way the house is stunning. I know you will be happy. I heard from Devon today.
