I haven't made it to this new location yet, but I have gone to the first location in 12 South, and it's a wonderful space with fantastic teachers and a great mix of classes. Hey Nancy! And everyone.:) The new studio is called Liberation (too). It's located at 410 Central Ave. I teach on Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00- foundations & breath and Wednesday at 6:00 pm. $75 for 30 days unlimited classes! Classes are hatha & vinyasa based with a healthy dose of soul, mantra, and meditation. It would be great to see everyone! Raquel Maria Bueno is the fabulous owner.
