Hi! We are 850 Remodeling LLC. We are more then your normal remodeling company, we also offer cleaning, yard and lawn maintenance, and hauling away trash or construction materials. Our company offers very affordable pricing to make all the dreams you have possible. We typically do quotes Monday-Saturday, but can come Sunday if that is better for you. Due to our low pricing we do have to charge for our in person estimates, as this pays for our time and gas to come out and speak with you. We do give ball park estimates over the phone, but these estimates are not 100% correct. The fee is a very small charge of $25 dollars, this must be paid at the time of the quote. After you receive your quote you have up to 90 days to contact us back, and we will honor the quoted price even if our pricing has went up. We will also offer you $25 off when the installation is over. We like to own our military and law enforcement as well as we will beat any other written quote by 5%!

Torsion Spring snapped had to replace mine a month or two ago they help assist with the door opening and closing more than likely thats what broke. Your door should still open its going to be real heavy though.
