I recommend David Clarke. He has been my artist for years and he has people's best interest at heart. His work speaks for itself but he is an awesome human being as well. He always took the time to work with me and around my heart condition. He is so compassionate and I'm so proud to know such a TALENTED artist. No one compares in this area, IMHO. Dave has had many chances to tattoo something dumb on me but he took the time to tweak my my ideas or talk me out of names (thank god). He truly cares what goes on your body. Most artists would just want to take your money. NOT Dave.

While he was on vacation my bestest and I wanted one together and he wasn't here so we went to another place and I don't like it at all. Be careful of places using black henna, it contains PPD which can cause allergic reactions. Real henna will turn the skin a shade of brown (from orange-brown, red-brown to a true brown) it depends on your skins natural color, what was used to make the henna, how thick the skin is and how long you leave the henna on.
