Rick Brown II, I don't know if he does house calls but he is only right on the north hill, though. He does excellent work and a tons of people in New Castle have had work done by him and our completely satisfied, including me. I would also recommend John Salzano, too. He gave me my first tattoo as well as the cover up for it, lol. I still get complimented on it on a daily basis. Again I don't know if he will do a house call but is also close by on Croton Ave. That is right up the hill from your store downtown.
