Ame Sev, I also had a disgusting experience at Starr nails. I walked out of there the one time I went. She took me right after someone else, took off my polish and started to use the same tools just was just using on the other woman. I said something about the tools and she said, "what? She didn't bleed. They are fine". I said forget it and walked out. So gross.
