Mine is in Issaquah, but Adrianne at The Garage Massage is very awesome and takes insurance. Near Target in Issaquah. Sorry not quite in North Bend but worth the drive.

Whatever you do, don't go to The Si Spa in Snoqualmie. I was scammed by pre-paying for 3 massages for a better deal and have not been able to get a hold of her for months. Doesn't return calls, never at the location. I've since read reviews for this place and it seems to be a pattern for her.
