Try using the netti pot. It works wonders for me. Also, try boiling a pot of water on the stove with eucalyptus essential oils, take off the stove, and breathe in. My allergist is Dr. Kent Knauer. It would be a drive for you, but he is in Beachwood on Tues and Thurs, and Mentor on Mon, Wed, Fri. He's the best!

No! They will numb you pretty good. Just take real food care of it afterwards. Meaning... No mouth wash, no spitting (so you won't disturb the blood clot) A warm tea packet on the site helps too. No worries. I had Dr. Boss pull my 2 top ones while in between patients one day:) are they on top or bottom?

Kaiser Family Foundation has a free calculator for the Affordable Care Act but good luck finding out what constitutes "income" for the purpose of determining monthly premiums. I'll have to do without and hope to not have any serious illness until Medicare kicks in. No one is going to get any straight answers as long as the political "defunding" crap continues. FDR went through the same thing when Social Security became law.
