Proton Pawsitive Dog Training, LLC Agree with everything folks are saying re: make sure no medical, crate training, and it is possible your doggie is a fair weather dog . . . Another option that I didn't see come up is dog litter. It exists. (Pet Pangaea stocks it for the couple of folks that use it for their smaller dogs who do not care for the rougher weather.)
