For a few months recently I was using ABC for prebooked trips to the Wroxham area. Can book online, It always turned up within a couple of minutes of the time at the latest, they use eco vehicles. Drivers willing to chat but not pushy. Can’t speak to value as I don’t know how much other companies charge but didn’t seem ludicrous. On a scale from nightmare experience to the best journeys conceivable I would rate them as adequate.

ABC. Been using them since the 90's, reliable and they have high standards for the drivers and cars. Biggest operation in Norwich. Use icabbi for the app /dispatch which is good. I used to use City Cars / Courtesy a lot when it was by the cathedral but since they changed owners / rebranded and got the PoW Road office I felt standards dropped. That TV series didnt help. Used most of the others like 5*, beeline, bestway etc over the years there's nothing wrong with them either.

I'd avoid Five Star. In my experience, they've not been too good at answering the phone.
