If the house has a roof newer than 2003... They will not say you need a new roof. It's not a "game". Roofing codes changed in 2003 and people have to get up to date to protect their assets or pay homeowners more money to protect their assets. Bradshaw State Farm is a great place to start for homeowners (they can also recommend other reputable companies if you end up not insuring with them!)
