Dr. Harper. I didn't have insurance and he worked with me. He listens to your problems and a great guy! Never been to an acupuncturist. I cut my own hair. VENUS NAILS OFF OF VIST WAY!!! I always ask for Marie. Everyone there is nice and sweet an listen to you and really cool. I drove from el Centro every 2 weeks for a while to get my nails done. That's how good they are to me.
