Jesse has had multiple disc rupture. It's no fun! He was told he had no option but surgery. I made him go to my chiropractor, Greg Doxey on 12 th, and he is his back is so much better! He will need surgery eventually, but for now he's ok. He does a lot of core training as well as stretching. I'm sorry! Back pain is awful! I would really recommend Doxey. It's $50 your first time and $40 after that with no insurance.

I go to a place in Clearfield called Walk-in Chiropractic. You don't need an appointment and it's 20 bucks for an adjustment.

Oh, and I've also heard good things about Dr. Conlin. I was given an estimate that was a little higher than 20 (but still reasonable) and I was in dire pain, so I went to Walk-in. I'll prob go into Dr. Conlin's sooner or later, I'm sure.:)
