So far so good, Dr. Cory Ponder has some awesome recommendation. The staff at Bone and Jone were awesome and it was surprising how many said that they would ONLY go to Ponder. I need another word for awesome -- my brain is not fully functioning -- as if it ever does..

I had a wonderful therapist when my back went out. They did a deep tissue massage after the exercises and I went from not being able to move back to myself in about 2 weeks. The name of place was Physical therapy Assoc. Its right off Herfner parkway and Portland. They have two therapist there and they both worked on me and were,wonderful, heat therapy, massage therapy and exercises to build muscle. Good luck!

Physical therapy central, 29 th and Choctaw rd. went there for a few months, they are great and when my insurance no longer covered it, they still let me come in and work out and do therapy! Great people!
