Bay Street Hair Company here in Port Orchard is AMAZING! Michelle is awesome and does fantastic colors! I have never been disappointed from her. She owns the salon and is a huge supporter of local businesses! I can't recommend her enough!

You can try Tickles - they are hit and miss, e.g., we took our grandson there 4 times and 2 out of those 4 times, I didnt like the cut i.e., they didnt follow instructions or the cut did not grow out well at all.
