If Rick's dad is unavailable, you might try Peter Szczepanik and Stacy Wood of Millard Remodeling and Restoration. I really like their style in assessing a situation or project and taking full command in recommending a solution. They will be repairin g a front porch with wood pillars at one of my listings located at 3517 Gold St starting this Tues. The house is vacant if you want to stop by to check out their work before and after. I think they are pretty reasonable also.
