For somewhere basic, try Vecchio's on Wellington Street. For somewhere a bit fancier, try Howard's on Sydenham Street.

Go to the Deadleaf Distinguished Gentleman in Napanee. Grab a few beer before your cut and beard trim/shave. You will not be disappointed. Edit: they were talking about another location in Kingston as well I believe.

Total Look down on Sydenham St. will set you straight. I get my hair and beard done there. Haven’t been anywhere else since I found the place.

The barber inside the Canex on the base is really fantastic. Last I checked, they did the whole nine yards. Prices are pretty good too, and they're very professional.
