Dr. Paula Lipinski (Derm) is great Marty Linderborg but she is in Frankfort, NL and Joliet. Patrick and the kids have seen Dr. Tobin out of Silver Cross (again NL). He is really great! **Not exactly where you requested in regards to location... but both are awesome and well worth the drive, IMO. Thankfully we have not had to see an allergist (knock on wood).
