I own one at Orange Lake www.orangelake.com with my siblings. Orlando is cold in January! Go onto www.skyauction.com and you will find some too. You bid on them but they always have fantastic deals. I was in the travel industry for 15 years and this is a site I use all the time.

I've used Villa Direct to book a two bedroom condo at Windsor Palms with favorable experience. They're a management company rather than individual owners. A friend has used VRBO to book a house at the Windsor area with good success, although I don't know the specific property or owner.
