I agree with the other posts that you are unlikely to find someone selling these who does not recognize their value, unless you happen to stumble upon a yard sale somewhere or something on Kijiji. Rather than messing with emulators, you may want to consider getting a flashcart for your DS or 3DS. They tend to be inexpensive and work perfectly. See /r/flashcarts . (It follows that if you buy online, you may easily wind up unintentionally buying a bootleg.) In addition to the other stores suggested, Blue Gryphon in Gatineau is an option, as are the Howard's locations on Bank or Donald.
