My friend Kat Jankowski may be able to help you. She is a massage therapist who makes house calls. Adjustments are great but if the muscles are tight it will reverse the effects of the adjustment.

Depending what your pain is from if it's structural they can help they have helped me with many things and a close friend where she could hardly walk and with in a few days she was better. Their number is 439- 9099 they have different days they work. But if u call and leave a means age they will.contact you right back Monday morn.

I highly recommend Patric Reed on Moody.(386) 437-9990. I love him so much that I will still drive all the way back to Palm Coast to see him from Deland. He is so good that I could go in with a problem and one adjustment I was ready to go and would not have to see him again for a long while. His prices even without insurance are very reasonable. He and his wife are sweethearts.

I use two: If injured or in need of multiple visits to get healing I use Cecil Ashby in Ormond at Total Health. He's a believer, and so very thorough and caring. If I need routine maintenance done (I go every 6 months just to check my alignment,) I go to Roy Carlisi on Rte 100 across from the Gov't building. Also a believer.
