As it gets looking more like winter, I trust the services, like All Resort or Park City Taxi. With Uber or others, you may not get someone with decent snow traction. We had to walk up the hill to our house one day because a taxi couldn't get up it in snow pack. The Park City services are all very capable.

At that time I'm not sure if there will be an Uber car available.... but you can try. Like others have stated, Uber is "on demand" and you cannot reserve a car in advance. Our team also has commercial insurance and is fully licensed by both Park City and the SLC Airport. We do offer prearranged rides with a private car between Park City and the Airport for $75 each way. You can reserve a ride by visiting www.fsparkcity.com/reserve
