Vince's Auto Service on Colorado Blvd. a few blocks west of Rosemead (across from Target, where the Fedco used to be). Took three of my cars there over a 20-year period before moving out of state last year. They're open six days a week, very honest, competent, affordable, provide free pickup and delivery, and also have a deal worked out with Enterprise down the street where you can rent for like $20/day if you need to.
