It depends on what your actual address is. There are other internet providers (sonic.net, Earthlink, clear) but they vary by neighborhood. Comcast is the devil but they have good introductory rates. For television the new at&t u-verse isn't that bad. As for cleaning people I use a person I found on Craigslist. I find working with a private person works out better than using an agency as long as you screen them properly.

If you can get surewest, I'd go with them all the way. Unfortunately I think all we have is comcast and att. As far as cleaners go, just find yourself a neurotic girlfriend who has to clean all the things.
