I need a personal trainer that's not insanely expensive. Anyone know of a good one to help whip my butt and help my lose 15 lbs???

Hi Erin, You might want to try the Fitbit. Its a pedometer that connects to your computer. It calculates how many calories you burn in a day. It has a website where you enter the food you eat each day. The website calculates the calories you have going in vs out. You need to have a 3500 calorie deficit to lose a pound. It is a chore to track meals but when I did that the system really worked. You can look at the website for free at fitbit.com.
