Reputable shops post their work on their websites and in their portfolios which gives perspective clients an invaluable resource to determine if an artist is right for them. The expertise you should be consulting on this matter isn't a stranger's opinion you've never met before, instead use your own judgement because only you know what you like and whether or not an artist has the skill and expertise to deliver the piece you'll be happy with. Bella Rose does not have a piercer right now. I just called the other day to get a peircing she doesn't have one

Partly, I believe Bella Rose in Grimshaw is doing well so its only partially the economy for the 2 in peace, mostly quality is why I'd say they shut down.

Bella Rose does have a piercer every now and again, I do believe a good quality professional piercer would do well here but economically probably to pricey to hold up a shop without some other form of sales.
