They are really big counties geographically that's why I asked. i live in Broward: For special events I've gone to Angi Cox for my hair 954-549-8804 she's here in Hollywood. I also go to a lady by the name Moran for my hair 954-438-6330 (ask for the salon) she's in Pembroke Pines. I do my own make up but I know a few Mary Kay Ladies who could do makeup.

Save yourself a ton of $... I've been going to Aveda Hair Institute for a while now. I use Caroline and love her. She's about to graduate and she's awesome. And the instructors check the students formula before they start anyway. You can't go wrong.
