The Naga Center has Thai massage therapists, who only do Thai bodywork (no Swedish etc) all the time; it's not a student clinic, it's professional LMTs who specialize. A bunch of them also offer twice a month community Thai massage sliding scale clinics as a way to keep bodywork accessible to all. I know that in cities like Los Angeles and San Francisco, where there is a strong Thai immigrant community, you can also find Thai massage spas/studios/clinics, often being run by Thais. I've also heard of other schools like mine that have Thai massage for the public that isn't connected to the classes.
