I would look into a private nanny depending on how much you are looking to spend. It usually does even out. I worked in a daycare (not around here) and was not pleased with the way the children and parents were treated. I've been a private nanny for a few years and I see how much further the children progress with one on one care. Care.com is a great resource to find a nanny
