my son has been going to Ismile since he is 4 yrs old. Dr. Jean is very gentle with him. it took him 3 visits before he was willing to lie down and let her do a check up on his teeth. He had a little decay on one of his smaller molar and she managed to clean it fill it in. But she is now so popular that you have to make appointment months in advance.:-(

One of my son's molar w decay inside the tooth, seemed impossible to do normal fillings. other dentist suggested only method is extracting it though it's stil v firm n years before new molar grows. Dr Jean n team fr iSmile did a fantastic job to somehow clean it up n filled it n lasted til next molar came abt. Procedure was a bit complicated but son was made so comfy n almost painless. Whenever he manage to sit still long enough for her to check, she will give a small toy as a gift. If yr child can't sit long enough for her to do anything, she does not charge.And you can bring yr favourite cartoon dvd to be played on the screen above the chair so that they can be distracted. she also provide headphone so that the child will not complain about the loud scaling sound.
