I did acupuncture. For the headaches. It helped me tremendously. Its not a quick result thing, it could take a wk or two before you feel results. But I highly recommend it. Also Chinese medicine. You consult with them & they bag you up different herbs, roots then you boil into tea to drink. Its not tastey, but the the results are good. Good luck:)
